Performance Appraisal
Posted by Dreamy on April 28th, 2008When we are supposed to be the first division to submit the Annual Performance Appraisal on time, we were the last~ Talking about Human Resources, we have mission statement on customer satisfaction i.e. Employees. And actually the last thing they are working on Employee’s satisfaction. “باب النجار مخلع” am supposed to be promoted 4 months ago, but my lovable manager keeping my Promotion papers in his drawer for no obvious reason. I learnt to ignore all this because I had a long history with this lousy boss who basically lacks of all Managerial skills. I just recieved my supervsior comments on my Appraisal & I find it fair enough.
Anyhow, I attended the forum held in Dubai last week on the subject “development strategies” it was for 3 days. I found it waste of time~ talking bout issues unrelated to neither my working field nor my interests
Eva is scheduled for grooming on 6th of May, I hate doing this but her hair is constantly falling and it’s very annoying for her as well, on other side she’s getting well with my parrot “nameless”. One thing I dislike about this parrot; is damaging my room items by biting & chewing. The worst thing he did Chewing my late dad’s photo, I was so devastated when I found out what he done with it, but it was too late
Now I try keeping things away from him.
enough blabbing, gotta go back to work & get some papers done before I go out to pick a chocolate cake from Miss J cafe’ *yum* drooling already
I have a job interview tomorrow so pray for me, bcoz I need it
